		<description>So the technology is not new at all but this is one firm is trying to get capitol to bring a product to the lucrative military market. For snipers this technology may not be the best innovation because it might shimmer. But when 10,000 people in Arizona called police when they saw "lights" 300 feet above them and an object 1 mile in diameter... was that real aliens or another light bending technology?</description>
